Welcome clients with a check-in experience that fits your salon or spa. SalonBridge Concierge lets them check in on a reception tablet or scan a QR code and use their own phone.

Your team can see their arrival on the calendar. You can also let clients update their details and sign your terms, with the information saved to their client record.

Clients enter the mobile number linked to their booking to find their appointments for the day. They follow the check-in steps you have enabled, then confirm their arrival.

SalonBridge marks their appointments as Arrived on your calendar, helping your team see who is ready for their visit. If a booking cannot be found, reception can check the client in as usual.

Give clients the opportunity to check and update their own details as they arrive. You choose which fields to show, including their name, mobile number, email address and date of birth.

You can also let them choose their SMS appointment notifications, email appointment notifications and marketing preferences. Their changes are saved to the client record, reducing the details your reception team needs to capture manually.

Display your business’s terms and conditions during check-in and enable a signature requirement when you want clients to sign. A signed copy, including the date and time, is saved in the Documents tab on their profile.

When you collect a signature at check-in, your team can refer back to the dated terms the client acknowledged. Customise the welcome message, instructions, button wording and colours so the experience feels like part of your business.
